Do I Need Counseling or Coaching?

We help our clients discover their gifts and develop self-awareness. We help our clients embody new ways of showing up in the world and break habits that are getting in the way of them being their best selves at home and at work.

What is appropriate for you and your situation…counseling or coaching?

Counseling is appropriate when there is a clinical diagnosis such as OCD, anxiety, and/or depression, or trauma, the main focus is on healing and symptom reduction which can require longer-term treatment plans.

Coaching is typically based on an agreed-upon program (3-6 months) designed to help you set goals to make changes and improve performance in your personal or professional life, focus is on attaining current and future goals.
